Active Exercise. The process begins with as little as 5-10 minutes of active exercise. As you practice these simple movements and breathing patterns, you begin to improve the flow of internal energy and release the internal blockages. This brings a powerful sense of clarity and happiness. Now when you begin your meditation it's much more pleasurable and beneficial!

Standing or Seated Meditation. Standing meditation builds energy and really helps to improve the flow of internal energy! The meditation stage can be as short as 5-10 minutes. You'll find your mind is quiet and you can just relax and enjoy the meditation without worrying about distraction. At the same time, you are setting up a physical anchor in your nervous system to "remember" the energized state. This serves as a "reminder" you can return to anytime throughout the day when you feel stressed or just anytime you want to re-connect and feel great.

No Time To Meditate For Hours? No problem! The �Practice CD� is designed to be totally flexible around your life. As you listen to
the very beautiful, relaxing music and follow the instructions, you are guided through a practice session lasting as little as 20 minutes. The CD is designed so that you can easily extend your practice time to 30 minutes, 45 minutes, an hour or more.
You may practice the active exercises with the CD anywhere from 5 to 55 minutes and then meditate for 5 or 10 minutes and follow up with 5 minutes guided conscious creation. I recommend you begin with a 20 minute practice session and if you're enjoying it you can continue for longer.

The exercises are very simple and can be practiced easily by anyone. They are called Flowing Ocean Waves, Opening The Clouds, Supporting The Sky, Turning The Waist, Reaching To Heaven, Following The River and Gathering The Qi. The standing meditation posture known as "Base Position" activates primal energy centres allowing all channels and meridians. Internal energy runs freely bringing happiness, peace an deeper meditation.
Component #3: Sitting Meditation CD
Most of the time, you'll want to follow your active exercises with a 5-10 minute
standing meditation. However, to develop your energy and awareness to a very high level, longer periods of meditation are essential.
Since you'll have practiced the active exercises beforehand, we don't need a "focusing" meditation to calm the mind. In this meditation you simply let go, feel the inside of your body and allow the energy to settle in the lower Dantien (lower abdomen).
